    Please note: There are no returns on personalised items unless goods are faulty.
    

    We will not refund you any cost in sending us back the returned goods and you will need to pay for return shipping from Createyour.gift back to you for exchanged products. We do not refund for sale items or on any custom made or personalised products. If the product is faulty we will refund you for regular shipping back to us if you include the receipt in your package.
